…HUSBAND CAUGHT WIFE HAVING SEX IN THE CHURCH WITH PASTOR’S SON

sexA man, Olabisi Afolayan, has told an Osogbo Grade 11 Customary Court in Osun State how he once caught his wife, Folasade, having sex with a pastor’s son inside a church near their house.

He lamented that he could no longer condone the promiscuity of his wife, disclosing that she also ran away with a man in 2003, abandoning her matrimonial home for four years.

Olabisi, who said his marriage of 20-years was blessed with five children, approached the court to dissolve the marriage over his wife’s alleged adulterous ways.

“The cause of the fight is her adulterous ways and she causes problems for me because she once ran away with another man in 2003 and I did not find her until 2007. By the time she came back, I had married another wife. Attempts at reconciliation were made but I refused. She invited the police to harass my second wife until she ran away,” Olabisi said.

According to him, “she once told me that she wanted to go and buy bread, and that was how she disappeared for three days. I also came back from work one day and was told she was not around, I later heard her voice and traced her to a church near our house.

“When I got there, I found my wife and the pastor’s son having sex. I went to get a cutlass, but before I came back, they had fled. I want the court to know that I am not the father of our sixth child and I am not responsible for the pregnancy she is carrying,” Olabisi added.

But Folasade said that the marriage was blessed with six

children and she was pregnant with the seventh child. “We have six children and not five and we have been married for 20 years, but we have never lived together because of constant fightings,” she said.

According to her, “the problem began when my husband took me to a herbalist, who demanded evidence of my menstruation. I told my pastor about it and he advised that I should not live together with him again. But after that, we rented an apartment and started living together.

“This was when I became pregnant with our sixth child and this year, we have slept together and it resulted in the pregnancy I am carrying,” she said.

Delivering his judgment, President of the court, Chief Popoola Bolarinwa, said, “the defendant has now agreed that the sixth child, now three-year-old, does not belong to the plaintiff, which is a proof of adultery.

He said, “adultery  is a major reason for granting divorce. The court decides to dissolve the marriage on the grounds of acceptance of adultery by the defendant. The plaintiff should be responsible for the upkeep of the children with a sum of N2000 per child making a total sum of N10,000 monthly.

“He should be responsible for their education and medical expenses.

The plaintiff is also granted right of access either through the court or as mutually agreed,” he ordered. Credit: Nigerian Tribune

Al-Mustapha Visits Prophet T.B. Joshua Immediately After Court Judgment!!!

tb

Why I Was The First Person Al-Mustapha Came To See After Kirikiri” – T.B Joshua.

He didn’t even bother to change his clothes after being released from the Kirikiri Maximum Prison, spending over ten years behind its walls. No, Hamza Al-Mustapha rushed to see the famous Lagos prophet, leader of the Synagogue, Church of All Nations, T.B. Joshua. The Prophet gave this interview in his ministry in Ikotun Egbe.

Can you tell us the purpose of Mustapha’s visit to you?
I got to know him many years ago when a petition was addressed to General Bamaiyi who was the then Chairman of the NDLEA.

As you know, several efforts had been made by my detractors to bring me and my ministry down. One of those efforts was that petition. I was arrested for investigation and it was later discovered that it was a tissue of lies. I spent nine days with them for investigation and they found the whole thing to be a fabrication. From there, I was taken to Aso Rock (City of Power) to see the president. It was there that I met Mustapha.

I was able to reveal to them who I am by telling them what was to come as a prophet. One of those things I mentioned to them and to Mustapha in particular, was what he went through, though he did not believe me then. That was why when it came to pass, I was the first person he remembered. I told him that he would spend several years in prison and would be finally released which no one else had ever told him.

That is why you see him coming here as his first port of call. Where there is no vision, people perish.

I am surprised you are asking me why he is coming here first. When you look into your archives as journalists, you will find many stories in the past about my visit to Aso Rock (City of Power), while Bamaiyi was Chairman of NDLEA. Many magazines and newspapers published my visions and prophecies on the government and the presidency.

When you know your picture of tomorrow, it will impart a strength to endure your present difficulty. When you know what you are passing through now will not last long, you will endure it. This is vision; this is prophecy. This can only come by revelation. This is what the Bible means by, “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” (Proverbs 29:18). - Premium Times.

BREAKING NEW: Appeal Court Dismisses Murder Charges Against Al-Mustapha & Shofolahan

Al-mustapha-300x181

The Appeal Court in Lagos has dismissed charges of conspiracy to murder Alhaja Kudirat Abiola levelled against former Chief Security Officer to late Head of State, General Sani Abacha, Major Hamza Al-Mustapha (RTD).

The Court in a unanimous decision ruled that there was no direct circumstantial evidence that he conspired with anyone as evidence of prosecution witnesses in that regard were contradictory.

Our legal correspondent, Shola Soyele  who is in the court reports that, Justice Rita Pemu who read the lead judgment held that there was no direct circumstantial evidence that he conspired with anyone as evidence of prosecution witnesses in that regard were contradictory.

She further held that based on facts and evidence before the court, it is certainly not Al-Mustapha who pulled the trigger and murdered Alhaja Kudirat Abiola.

The Court holds that he is liable to be discharged and acquitted.

Justice Amina Augie who is the presiding Judge has just concurred with the lead judgement as read by Justice Rita Pemu.

Third Judge, Justice Fatima Akinbami has also agreed with the lead judgement meaning that the ruling is unanimous.

Al-Mustapha’s co-accused, Lateef Shofolahan was also discharged on the same grounds.

The duo of Al-Mustapha and Shofolahan had appealed against the judgment of a Lagos High Court which sentenced them to death for the June 4, 1996 murder of Kudirat Abiola, wife of the deceased winner of the June 12, 1993 presidential election, Chief MKO Abiola.

Justice Mojisola Dada of the Lagos High Court had found them guilty of the offence, and accordingly convicted and sentenced them to death by hanging.

Counsel to the appellants had however, appealed to the Court of Appeal, 24-hours after the sentence of the convicts.

In the notice of appeal, the appellants contend that the death sentence handed by the lower court was unwarranted, unreasonable and a manifest miscarriage of justice.

The convicts were first arraigned in October 1999 on a four-count charge bordering on conspiracy and their involvement in the 1996 murder of the late Kudirat, on the Lagos/Ibadan expressway.

WOMAN GAVE BIRTH TO MONKEY IN KADUNA

Monkey

A young Fulani woman in Kaduna has given birth to a baby with a monkey-like face.

The monkey-like creature was born Monday at the General Hospital Kagarko, Kagarko local government. The woman was in labour for hours before delivering the baby that has shocked area residents.

The young mother is an indigene of Sabonlceh village.

According to a nurse who attended the woman when she arrived at the hospital, the woman was immediately taken into the labour room.

“The woman came in through the out-patient department (OPD) after seeing the doctor on call and I decided to rupture her because the cervix was fully dilated.

“After I ruptured her, fluid measuring about 2.6 litres gushed out after which she started bleeding. All this time, the baby was still in the womb,” said the nurse.

“When the bleeding persisted, I sent for the medical director and when she came, we went into the theatre to operate on the woman.

“In the process, the baby started coming out with the legs. So, the medical director asked me to stop and allow her to deliver the baby by herself.

“She delivered the baby breech and when it came out; we discovered that it was an abnormal baby. It was half human and half animal. We lost the baby shortly after delivery,” said the nurse who spoke on condition of anonymity.

She further disclosed that the baby was four kilograms in weight which is a healthy weight for a new born.

However, the legs and ears of the baby were like those of a monkey.

The mother of the late monkey-like creature is currently at the hospital receiving treatment. She had lost a lot of blood during the delivery.

Wonders truly never cease.
